RETURN POLICY

Please note that we do not offer free returns; shipping fees apply.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All parts, components, and packaging must be intact and in the same condition as when the product was delivered.
  • Evidence of normal handling is required. Breakages due to improper handling will not be accepted for return.
  • Products requiring hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.
  • Faulty products must be reported immediately upon receipt to qualify for a return.
  • Shipping costs may be charged to the customer according to our policy.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 working days if all conditions are met.

We reserve the right to reject returns if items are used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please initiate the return process by sending an email to info@omelia-oliver.com. Make sure to include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo of the product in case of damage
  • First and last name
  • Shipping address

We will contact you with the correct return address. Do not send the items back to the sender; we will provide the address after your request. Please note, you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, cancellations are not possible, and our standard return policy will apply.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, as long as the consumer is a natural person acting for personal, non-business purposes.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement via email to info@omelia-oliver.com. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Due to our fully automated system, once the order is placed, it cannot be interrupted until it is shipped. A refund upon receipt of goods is not possible. If the goods are already in transit, withdrawal is not possible until they arrive. In this case, we kindly ask you to wait until the goods are delivered and then follow the return process.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments made, including delivery costs (except for additional charges if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard). Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
