Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request, which occurs when the circumstances indicate that the subject in question is definitively clarified and no legal retention obligations exist.
- Processing of Data When Opening a Customer Account and for Order Processing
In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data is also collected and processed when you provide it to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. The data collected is visible in the respective input forms. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the address mentioned above of the controller. We store and use the data you provided for the execution of the contract. After the contract is fully executed or your customer account is deleted, your data will be blocked due to tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data or we reserve another legally authorized use of the data, which we will inform you about accordingly.

After your unsubscribe request, your email address will be immediately removed from our newsletter mailing list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve another use of the data that is legally authorized, and we inform you about it in this statement.
6.2 Sending the Newsletter by Email to Existing Customers (Continued)
Data processing is carried out solely based on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. You can object to this processing at any time by sending us a message using the contact details mentioned above. Additionally, you will find an unsubscribe link in each marketing email. After your objection, your email address will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
